Returns & Exchanges

Order cancellation policy ( Before Delivery )
  • 1. Orders canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation
    (1) Before sending us your confirmation of order information, orders canceled will be eligible for a full refund.
    (2) After sending us your confirmation of order information, orders canceled will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
  • 2. Orders canceled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
  • 3. Orders canceled after shipping can not be canceled.
Return and exchange policy ( After Delivery )
All our products are covered by a 7-day policy for return and 14-day policy for exchange after the receipt of your products. You have to check your dress condition in 3 days after you recevie the dress. We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you. Please note that we only accept products in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
1. Quality Issues
If the products are defective, damaged or mis-shipped, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement with no extra cost. But if we find that the products are not defective in any way or have been misused, then you will get no refund. If the products are damaged during delivery, you must first get proof of damage documentation from the delivery company.
2. Size Errors

Please note that all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the dresses may vary approximately 1 inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have made all of our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications easily.

For all the disputes of size errors, please take some photos on your dress by laying it on the ground and placing a tape ruler to measure the different part. Then you may need to contact our customer service and send us the pictures.

If the size is not what you ordered, here are some options for you:

  • (1) You may ask a local tailor to alter the dress, in this case, we will reimburse you up to 50% of the original price for your tailoring cost. Please don't forget to send us a copy of your receipt.
  • (2) You may send back the dress and get it altered.
  • (3) You may feel free to give the dress to your friend, sell it to others or keep it yourself. We will re-tailor a new one and send it to you all at our expense.

If the size errors are caused by customers own, we are very sorry that you are not eligible for any refund, but we can provide you a lot of options to choose. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Color Errors

If the color of the dress received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. ( Color aberration is existed due to the color effected by the PC monitor and weather condition. The Errors don’t include color aberration. )

However, if you are sure that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

4. Other

We provide free custom service, but we will charge 30% service fees for the returns of custom made dresses.
Falsely reporting the loss of a package will result in legal liability.
