Measuring Guide

1. The below is just a guide. We highly recommend that you get an experienced seamstress to measure your dress size if it is possible.

2. Please always ask someone else to make the measurements for you: doing it by yourself will result inaccurate numbers and could possibly lead to disappointment.

3. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress, please do not measure over other clothing.

4. Please measure with undergarments same as those you will wear with your dress; try not to measure over other clothing.

5. If you want to order for a specific size which is different to the standard sizes, please fill in the boxes listed in grey area just between the size and quantity options on the related webpage. However, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND you to fill in your own size instead of choosing a standard size as it will make your dress fit you perfectly.

Standard Girls Dresses
Bust
This is definately not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Relax your arms and put them down at your sides. Wearing a bra when taking this measurement is very necessary.
Waist
Take the smallest part of your waist. Normally it is just an inch or so above your belly button. This is also known as the natural waistline.
Hips
This is the widest part of your hips, which is across the hipbone. Typically the measurement can be taken approximately six to seven inches below the natural waistline. Although this measurement is not needed for full gowns, it is still recommended.
Hollow to Floor
This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to the floor. (Take the measurement with bare foot ). Keep your knees together and stand upright.
Hollow to Hem
A short/mini/knee-length/Tea-length dress may need this measurements. Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to where you want the hem to be.
